About The Position
The BMC Control-M Operator role is part of the Production, Scheduling, and Controls Team at ASM Research, supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This position involves providing job scheduling and monitoring functions using BMC Control-M software, ensuring optimal job schedules, and supporting IT infrastructure. The operator will work in a 24x7 environment, responding to triage requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system documentation.
