About The Position

The Security Staff at Blue Moon Tavern & Grill is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons while also providing excellent customer service. This role involves monitoring the premises, assisting guests, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Security personnel must be proactive in addressing safety issues and engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain current DPSST certification.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, late nights, holidays, and special events required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall safety and security for McMenamins Pubs.
• Assist with table service and guest interaction as needed.
• Direct guests to their preferred seating and buss tables.
• Restock supplies and perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with all patrons.
• Respond to any safety issues that arise and assist customers as necessary.
• Keep current on all company events, history, and products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
