About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide instruction for Basic Life Support (BLS)/Heartsaver courses.

Requirements

• Certified BLS provider.
• Current BLS Instructor certifications or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to teach a minimum of 1 class per month.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching/training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides teaching and guidance to students taking BLS courses.
• Ensures classroom and supplies are prepared for class.
• Follows teaching criteria outlined by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
