Requirements

• Texas Cosmetology License (required)
• Blowout + styling experience preferred (we will train the Blo way!)
• Positive attitude + team-first mindset
• Confidence working with a variety of hair types and styles
• Passion for beauty, service, and creating connections

Responsibilities

• Deliver signature Blo blowouts and styling services
• Provide exceptional consultations and personalized finishes
• Recommend retail + add-ons that enhance the guest experience
• Create a “pink carpet” experience for every client
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality (45-min blowout standard)
