About The Position

As a Blown-In Insulation Installer, you will focus on installing insulation (fiberglass or rock wool batts) for exterior walls and ceilings. Your day-to-day "office" won't always look the same! Requirements

Previous insulation or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
Ability to work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Install blown-in insulation in attics, walls, and other spaces according to specifications.
Operate and maintain insulation equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare job sites by setting up materials, tools, and safety barriers.
Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage and quality standards.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
