About The Position
The Blowmold Operator position at PET Dairy involves monitoring conveyor lines for damaged bottles, operating bagger and debagger stations, and troubleshooting minor repairs of blowmold equipment. The operator will also be responsible for training others on blowmold operations and maintaining open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems or concerns that may restrict efficiency. Additionally, the operator must ensure all required information is documented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analyze process and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput. A continuous improvement mindset is essential for identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Reporting any food safety and quality-related issues to management immediately is crucial, as is maintaining safe working conditions and compliance with all state and federal health and safety regulations. The operator must follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
