Your Role at KIK The Blow Mold Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety, quality, and performance of the blow mold shift operation. This leadership role focuses on maximizing equipment efficiency, minimizing downtime and scrap, and ensuring all production and quality goals are consistently met through expert troubleshooting, maintenance supervision, and process optimization. The shift timings for 2nd Shift would be Monday-Friday 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality, and performance of the blow mold shift operation.
- Maximizing equipment efficiency
- Minimizing downtime and scrap
- Ensuring all production and quality goals are consistently met through expert troubleshooting, maintenance supervision, and process optimization.
