Responsibilities

• Operating blow mold machines
• Troubleshooting blow mold machines
• Maintaining blow mold machines
• Starting up machines from cold condition to full production
• Ensuring containers meet quality standards
• Making PLC adjustments
• Setting up machines and performing changeovers
• Conducting quality checks
• Documenting changes
• Maintaining production and quality records
• Coordinating with production teams for efficient operations
• Staying updated on process changes
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety programs
