About The Position
To successfully process and consign blood and blood components.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must present driving record with zero points and no moving or traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Must be 21 years of age
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work well with people
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs; pushing 50-100 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Computer skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Irradiate and label blood and blood components
- Assist with daily inventory rotations
- Prepare and distribute blood and blood components for shipment as appropriate
- Deliver products to customers as needed
- Perform visual inspections of all shipments and returned products
- Perform some component manufacturing duties when needed
