About The Position

ImpactLife is seeking a committed individual to join their team as a Blood Courier, also known as a Client Delivery Representative. This role is crucial for delivering life-saving blood products to over 120 hospital clients and emergency medical service providers across a four-state region, as well as restocking other ImpactLife locations. The position is full-time, working 30-39 hours a week, with an 11 am to 7 pm shift and an every-other-weekend rotation. ImpactLife is an independent, community nonprofit that has been saving lives for 50 years, growing to a team of over 800 strong across Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin, with headquarters in Davenport, Iowa. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have REAL ID
Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles
Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time and maintaining reoccurring physical exertion, such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing
Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers
