Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back again and again Standard Schedule (Seattle, Washington): To best meet the needs of our donors and community, staff work a variable schedule which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends , and holidays . Overnight travel may be in some locations. 80% travel is required Schedule is provided two to three weeks in advance Pay Information: Starting salary $77,968/ year . Pay may increase depending on experience The salary range for this position is ( Washington State ): $ 77,968 ‐$ 94,440 . Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience (four to eight years of work experience in a related field) is
• Minimum of three years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are
• An ability to effectively discuss procedures and medical issues with patients, families and physicians needed
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs, good manual dexterity, the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes are
• Position may require a minimum height of 60 inches to ensure the ability to safely operate Red Cross vehicles.
• All staff work as a team to setup and tear down the equipment to conduct a mobile blood drive.
• Basic computer skills are desirable

Nice To Haves

• Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT , etc. )
• Prior leadership experience exceeding 3 years in a healthcare setting
