About The Position

ImpactLife has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our organization as an Account Manager. This position will be based out of Earth City Hub and will service St. Louis and surrounding communities. This position will allow you to showcase your marketing, sales, territory, and networking skills. As an Account Manager you will educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout our service territory. You will enjoy networking with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools just to name a few.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications preferred.
• Sales experience including cold calls and business development required.
• Previous experience in donor or volunteer recruitment preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to be insurable by ImpactLife.

Responsibilities

• Educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives.
• Network with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools.
• Travel within the Blood Center territory.
• Report to the Earth City office on a routine basis.
• Spend most days working in the field with blood drive partners.
