About The Position

The Blood Bank Lab Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and supervision of the non-exempt lab personnel on multiple shifts. This role is accountable for the quantity and quality of specimens handled and test results.

Requirements

• Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in blood banking.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shifts and personnel.

• Certification in blood banking or related field.
• Experience with quality control and assurance in a lab environment.

Responsibilities
