The position involves setting up equipment in preparation for startup and is responsible for removing the Aitch Bone from the ham of the animal. The role requires adherence to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. The employee will be responsible for setting up the area with all needed equipment, monitoring the production area for trash and food debris on the floor, and performing various other tasks as assigned by the Lead person, Supervisor, or Superintendent. The average training time for this position may require 2-3 months.
