About The Position

Job Profile: Ceramic Blender- Level 1 Position Summary: Produce blocks for ceramic cores using ovens to fire blocks. Essential Functions: Manufacture blocks in accordance to Process Engineering Procedures Produce quantities within set standards of each FR Maintain accurate records (Formulation and S.P.C. Charts, etc) Palletize blocks for shipment, set up and put away blocks Maintain shop floor/burn table and racks Employees will handle hazardous (flammable) waste in accordance with procedure Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S Other duties as assigned by supervision

Requirements

• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform in a self-directed environment with little supervision is essential
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures

Responsibilities
