About The Position

Summary:
Performs cashiering duties. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the point of sale to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensures all areas of the restaurant are stocked prior to opening for lunch each day.
• This includes, but is not limited to, service ware, condiments, beverages, grab and go items, snacks and candy.
• Maintains cleanliness of the front of house at all times following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all local health codes pertaining to food safety
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or manager
