Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working with precision machinery or equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and maintain accurate records
  • A natural attention to detail, paired with a commitment to safety and quality
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred
  • 2-4 years similar experience required.
  • Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude required.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written English instruction and specifications, required.
  • Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in structured environments such as advanced manufacturing or technical production preferred.
  • Lead/Group Leader experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate primary and secondary production line equipment with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Perform equipment setups, line changeovers, and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot machine faults and perform minor mechanical adjustments
  • Complete accurate, legible batch documentation and reconcile product components
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with cGMPs and internal SOPs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production, proper line clearances, and effective room cleans
  • Support line efficiencies by maintaining materials and proactively addressing equipment issues
