Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Successful completion (C or better) of high school chemistry and math
• Six months prior blending experience or equivalent experience as Lead or Supervisor in other blending operation or relevant manufacturing operation.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling aspects of the blending department which includes, but not limited to the following:
• Coordinate between scheduling and packaging departments to develop a batching plan for the blending department on a daily basis.
• Schedule mixers according to business priority.
• Understand, utilize, and schedule appropriate batch sizes and formulas for each mixer.
• Input batch and mixer data into blending batch log.
• Must be efficient in SAP
• Good understanding, knowledge, and troubleshooting skills for P92 SAP version.
• Must be able to utilize SAP for printing batches and backflushing all chemicals consumed by each mixer.
