About The Position

The Liquid & Powder Blending Department Manager oversees all shifts within both the Liquid and Powder Blending department, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. This role involves managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing production workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the chemical or liquid bottling industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications in production management or safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and Manage Staff: Oversee all shift managers/supervisors and production staff, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and adherence to company policies.
• Production Oversight: Ensure all bottling operations run smoothly across all shifts, meeting production targets and maintaining product quality.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with the procurement team as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving consistent team development and process evaluation.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, staff performance, and operational issues to senior management.
