About The Position

About the Role: The Blender position is responsible for receiving, blending, and preparing raw tea materials to support production operations. Adherence to established Standard Works for Blending and Sanitization Mix raw materials (teas, herbs, flavors) for blending Operation of blender Ensure lot integrity Placement of raw materials in inventory Possible forklift driving required Inventory taking Sanitization- operation of sanitizer Sanitization- Monitor Critical Control Point Heavy lifting Maintain clean and safe work environment Complete forms as required. Comply with plant rules and policies.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Able to effectively communicate with other members of the Team
• Able to comfortably lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Receiving raw tea materials
• Blending raw tea materials
• Preparing raw tea materials to support production operations
• Adherence to established Standard Works for Blending and Sanitization
• Mix raw materials (teas, herbs, flavors) for blending
• Operation of blender
• Ensure lot integrity
• Placement of raw materials in inventory
• Possible forklift driving required
• Inventory taking
• Sanitization- operation of sanitizer
• Sanitization- Monitor Critical Control Point
• Heavy lifting
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Complete forms as required.
• Comply with plant rules and policies.
