About The Position

About the Role: The Blender position is responsible for receiving, blending, and preparing raw tea materials to support production operations. This role ensures blends are produced accurately according to specifications while maintaining product quality, lot integrity, and inventory accuracy in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to daily production needs and changes.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Blend teas, herbs, and flavors according to approved formulas and production specifications.
• Operate blending equipment, herbal sanitizer, and bag slitting machinery safely and efficiently.
• Use forklift, pallet jack, and hoist equipment to move, load, and stage raw materials.
• Verify blend components, lot numbers, and quantities by completing and reviewing all required documentation.
• Inspect, repair, tape, and manually dump tea materials as needed to maintain product integrity.
• Ensure finished blends are correctly labeled and placed in designated locations for each production line.
• Perform rework, cycle counts, inventory activities, and assist in other Blending, Warehouse, or Production areas as needed.
