About The Position

Northeast Counseling Services is searching for a caring, compassionate person who desires a rewarding and meaningful employment life helping people with mental health issues take charge of their lives and become productive citizens. Case Management work is done in communities settings, not in offices. The Blended Case Manager works with the serious and persistently mentally ill population, using a strength-based perspective, to assist clients to obtain necessary services and support. The primary goal is to empower the client to identify their needs and choose the resources to fulfill them.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education
Must maintain a valid PA Driver's license
This position requires the successful completion of an FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance.
