Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous forklift experience.
  • Knowledge of chemistry and chemical hazards.
  • Knowledge of pumping operations, tank operations, and filtration equipment.
  • Previous experience in a team-based work environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • 5S experience.

Responsibilities

  • Blend quality products in compliance with the RCMS, ISO 9001 and all standard operating procedures.
  • Ship, label, and package products to meet customer demand.
  • Complete Batch sheets and SAP transactions accurately.
  • Follow detailed blend recipes to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Safely operate various chemical processing equipment.
  • Load and unload bulk raw materials from tanker trucks and ISO containers using SAP transactions.
  • Package materials into various containers (pails, drums, totes, etc.) and prepare samples for lab analysis.
  • Perform physical labor, including drum and pail material handling and lifting chemical hoses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to 5S philosophies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of tanks, scales, and facility resources.
  • Operate a forklift safely and support the maintenance of equipment, including pumps, meters, mixers, and air compressors.
  • Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
