About The Position

The Building Automation Control Technician focuses on controlling the temperature, humidity, and air quality of various buildings, working with heating and air conditioning systems that consist of several mechanical, electrical, and electronic components including motors, pumps, fans, chilled water, steam, temperature sensors, and so on. Technicians maintain settings, diagnose problems, and provide the correct remedies to restore controlled automation. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in Electronics preferred but not required.
  • Five years of experience in electronics with two years of experience in computerized building automation systems.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
