About The Position

We are on the look out for a passionate Group Exercise Supervisor for our signature product BLAZE. BLAZE is one of David Lloyd Clubs six signature classes and renowned for being one of the most effective Boutique Studio experiences in the UK. As Blaze Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks. About you: As a BLAZE Instructor: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes
• Passionate about health and fitness
• Able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals
• Great communication and interaction skills
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Passion about customer service

Responsibilities

• ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles
• managing the MYZONE community
• managing the MYZONE system
• managing club reports such as H&S and compliance checks
