About The Position

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Blast Operator to join our Eden Valley, MN production team. In this role, you're the first step in creating a high-quality finished product, preparing parts for coating and making sure everything meets our standards before moving forward.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment (heat, chemicals, etc.)
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout your shift

Responsibilities

• Operate blasting equipment to prep parts for coating
• Follow job travelers and schedules to keep production moving efficiently
• Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform regular quality checks throughout the process
• Complete daily logs and documentation
• Ensure products are properly treated to prevent rust or defects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Participate in safety walks and identify potential hazards
• Work closely with teammates and support other departments as needed
• Cross-train in additional production areas
