About The Position
Responsibilities: To help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent Attendance and Personnel record
- Able to work with minimum Supervision
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish
- Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)
- Weekend work required as necessary
- Ability to train new associates
- Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed
- Knowledge of workplace safety rules
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately
- Ability to perform multiple duties
- GED or equivalent
- Proficient math and computer skills
