About The Position

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join the Blankets/PIP Engineering team, leading improvement activities across the current production lines and ensuring stable, high‑quality manufacturing performance.
You will drive process and/or equipment changes that will improve yield and process robustness and reduce COGS, and support the introduction of new products and capabilities.
A key part of the role is identifying and resolving production issues, through problem solving methodologies that requires strong collaboration with PIP/Blankets plant teams, Sourcing, Equipment, Product and R&D to improv our processes and enhance product performance.

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Material or Mechanical engineering). MSc/MBA advantage.
• Working experience in process engineering (+3 years of experience in process engineering, and improvement projects)
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Good interpersonal skills. can work well independently, within organic team and with different interfaces
• Clear written/oral communication skills
• Positive can‑do, hands‑on attitude

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions for manufacturing technology, performance improvements and CPP reduction
• Develop best practices, methodologies, routines, and innovative solutions to maintain and improve production rates (capacity) and quality of output (yield)
• Perform risk assessments, process analysis, yield analysis
• Upgrade current systems and processes
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Interfaces with Production, Procurement, vendors and R&D
