About The Position

Job Summary: Learn to set up, operate, and maintain Sierra Bullets blank press.
Essential Functions of the Job (listed in order of importance):
1. Knowledge of measuring equipment, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
2. Knowledge of decimals, and fractions.
3. Ability to work alone and stay motivated to produce quality product.
4. Must learn to properly change out die stacks and identify and correct problems within the press.

1. Close attention to detail work.
2. Perfect attendance.
3. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
4. Pay attention to time on task.

Requirements

• Knowledge of measuring equipment, Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
• Knowledge of decimals, and fractions.
• Ability to work alone and stay motivated to produce quality product.
• Must learn to properly change out die stacks and identify and correct problems within the press.
• Able to keep accurate records for production and inventory purpose’s.
• Able to perform tool and machine part adjustments.
• Exhibit safe work practice and good housekeeping skills.
• High school diploma/ GED or skilled trades
• Able to lift 80lbs. Pushing and Pulling 40lbs.
• Able to stand, twist, bend for long periods of time.
• Mechanical Background.
• Manufacturing of some sort.
• Able to pass fork truck certification.
