About The Position

The Blackwing Club Mixologist at M&T Bank Stadium is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner. This role involves adhering to liquor regulations, maintaining stock, and ensuring a high-quality experience for patrons in the bar area.

Requirements

• Experience in bartending or mixology preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.

• Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with various cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, and glassware.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
• Greets guests and takes drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks according to standard recipes.
• Checks guests for proper identification and detects signs of guest inebriation.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, and records charges accurately.
• Locks up and stores all beverage products and cash securely at the end of the shift.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards in the work area.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display in the bar area.
