About The Position

The Associate will join Blackstone Infrastructure’s Product Specialist team in New York. This team is responsible for product development, the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials and investor communications for Blackstone’s Infrastructure equity funds. The Associate will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets. The Associate will spend significant time with members of the firm’s infrastructure group across the US and Europe, including the investment, portfolio operations & asset management, legal/compliance, and finance teams. This professional will have active involvement with the senior leaders of one of the largest infrastructure managers in the world and will support a highly productive fundraising team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Prior work experience in the financial services industry and/or investor relations is preferred
• Highly motivated (a self-starter), intelligent and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
• Effectively multi-tasks and executes a wide range of assignments
• Produces creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors; strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to write effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Quickly pivots between a variety of projects; a team-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within Blackstone to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications (e.g., talking points, webinars, video content, other investor memoranda)
• Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnaires
• Contribute to business development initiatives and assist with strategic planning for new fund launches (including co-investments), production of presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and handling investor due diligence
• Assist with the production of talking points, coordination of meetings, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects
• Become an expert on Blackstone Infrastructure funds and investments
• Contribute to dynamic / collaborative / interpersonal teamwork environment
