About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Successfully pass a basic math assessment
- Pass required background check and drug screening
- Successfully obtain and renew Ohio gaming license as needed
- Eligible team member will be required to learn all carnival games within their first 90 days as a condition of employment.
- Eligible team member will be required to learn Baccarat within 1 year as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Deal assigned table games accurately and professionally
- Deliver engaging, high level guest service while creating memorable experiences
- Maintain game integrity and follow all gaming regulations and procedures
- Help create a fun, exciting, and welcoming atmosphere on the casino floor
