Hollywood Casino at The Meadows | Blackjack Dealer School Classes start: January 26, 2026 FREE DEALER SCHOOL PAID GAMING LICENSE WE WILL TRAIN - No Experience Needed Must be 18 years or older SIGN-ON BONUS: We are currently offering a sign-on bonus of $1,000! Our classes are held on our property Monday - Friday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm and/or 6:00pm - 10:00pm. You can choose either session a day or both sessions a day. With attending both sessions a day you'll complete the class in just 3 weeks! BRING US YOUR BEST.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer with at least two (2) high-volume, main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.) required.
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
• Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
