About The Position

Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a Black Seal Boiler Operator! In this role, you’ll perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the facility. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining low-pressure boilers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and performing various cleaning tasks. Requirements

• Must possess a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator License (low pressure) issued by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, work independently, and cooperate with co-workers.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Must live within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain low-pressure boilers in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform janitorial tasks, including mopping, cleaning restrooms, and sanitizing common areas.
• Ensure the safe use of cleaning products and follow all safety precautions.
• Report equipment malfunctions and cleaning supply needs to supervisors.
• Remove trash, clean shower rooms, and replenish lavatory supplies.
• Respond to customer needs and paging systems in a timely manner.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
