About The Position
The Black Diamond/Trail's End Lodge Area Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations at Black Diamond Lodge and Trail's End Lodge. This role ensures a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff while managing various guest services functions, including concierge, ticket sales, and check-in/check-out procedures. The manager will lead a team, coordinate with other departments, and maintain high service standards.
