Job Description This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with five to eight years of experience in regulatory compliance activities. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted. As an individual contributor on the Fiduciary Review Group (FRG) Administrative Review Team, reviewer will: Complete initial and periodic administrative reviews for Personal Trust accounts, including agency, custody, IRA, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and estate accounts; Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by confirming account coding, documentation, fees, and administration are consistent with governing document provisions, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations; Serve as the primary consultant/resource for assigned regions/branches; work collaboratively with internal partners to address questions and remediate issues identified during the administrative review process; Communicate proactively with other review team members and internal partners to ensure consistency; Identify potential risks and escalate for discussion or resolution as appropriate; Create and present training materials for reviewers; Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned topic(s); Serve as a primary mentor/co-mentor for new team members; Assist with team initiatives. These may include contributing to periodic communications, development of management reporting, and other initiatives; and Participate in special projects at the direction of the FRG Team Leader.
