We are seeking a skilled BizTalk Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server and a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions that improve business processes and data flows. The role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. The candidate will be responsible for automating business processes by creating and managing BizTalk orchestration and business rules, as well as customizing and extending BizTalk Server functionality through custom pipelines, adapters, and maps. The BizTalk Developer will also be tasked with troubleshooting integration issues and performance problems in a timely manner, ensuring that all solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements. This includes performing unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. Additionally, the developer will create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the BizTalk integration solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and operational procedures. As part of the role, the developer will provide ongoing support and maintenance for BizTalk applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning. The candidate will also assist in upgrading and migrating BizTalk Server environments to newer versions or different platforms as needed.
