BizOps Lead

XBOW
12dRemote

About The Position

We’re hiring a Business Operations Lead to drive high-leverage, cross-functional work across the company. You’ll partner with the founders, product, engineering, and GTM to shape strategy, launch new initiatives from 0→1, and own critical operational workflows as we scale. This person will wear many hats, and gain broad exposure to all aspects of XBOW’s operations, blending rigorous strategic thinking with hands-on execution and acting as an internal problem-solver.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, product management, or a highly structured general-management or rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, DoorDash).
  • Proven track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and delivering clear, measurable outcomes on tight timelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into concise, executive-ready insights.
  • Strong analytical toolkit, with track record of using complex data to drive decisions
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of ownership, a bias toward action, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end strategic projects such as building business cases and execution plans for new markets, performing financial and data analysis on product performance, and developing frameworks for annual planning.
  • Own and operate core business processes such as weekly and monthly reporting, KPI tracking, operating reviews, and forecasting inputs
  • Roll up your sleeves to perform hands-on analytical and operational work, including pulling and cleaning data, building trackers, maintaining dashboards, and preparing materials for leadership reviews
  • Work directly with Strategic Finance to support company-wide operating cadence, planning processes, and follow-through on key initiatives
  • Support day-to-day go-to-market and operational workflows, including pipeline tracking, capacity planning, tooling improvements, and process fixes
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and failure points, and personally drive solutions — from defining the problem to implementing the fix
  • Be a reliable, low-ego team player who builds trust by helping others succeed

Benefits

  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive salary and equity package, making you a true owner of the company.
  • Career Growth: Shape your role and grow with the company as we redefine cybersecurity.
  • Meaningful Work: You will tackle complex challenges and play a pivotal role in shaping XBOW’s growth into a global player.
