BizOps Engineer

AssetiDenver, CO

About The Position

Asseti is the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by some of the world’s largest real estate owners to understand their assets, optimize portfolio performance, and make smarter operational, maintenance, and capital decisions. We turn complex, fragmented asset information into a single source of truth - combining real-time condition insights with the operational context needed to prioritize work, manage risk, and drive efficient action across large property networks. Asseti automates condition detection, triage, repair prioritization, and cost forecasting at scale. We streamline asset operations by enabling teams to identify issues, understand impact, coordinate responses, and measure improvement - all within one unified platform. We’re building the intelligence and operational backbone that helps leading organizations run their assets with clarity, consistency, and confidence. We're looking for a BizOps Engineer to join our Denver team and build the internal operating system that powers Asseti's growth. This role has a singular focus: build the automated workflows, dashboards, and internal tools that give every team across the business real-time visibility and the leverage to operate at scale. This is a cross-functional building role. You'll own the internal platform that connects orders, delivery, finance, GTM, and customer success into one cohesive operating picture. You won't just analyze data or maintain dashboards. You'll architect and ship the automations, integrations, and tools that eliminate manual work, surface bottlenecks, and let a lean team operate like one ten times its size, using Claude Code, Open AI Codex, AI development tools, and a modern data stack. If you think in systems, build with AI, and want to own the internal infrastructure that makes an enterprise SaaS company run, this is the role.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in BizOps, RevOps, solutions engineering, consulting (MBB preferred), or a similar analytical/technical operator role
  • Strong working proficiency in data modelling, and preferably SQL
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, or internal tools that drive decisions (Metabase, Looker, PowerBI, or custom-built)
  • Proficiency using Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools as a core part of how you build and ship
  • Familiarity with integration and automation tools: APIs, webhooks, and orchestration platforms
  • A systems thinker with a bias to action, someone who decomposes messy operational problems into instrumented, automated solutions
  • Relentlessly curious, fast to learn, and motivated by shipping tangible impact rather than writing perfect code

Nice To Haves

  • Background at tier-1/2 consulting firm, a top law firm or a background in investment banking/finance.
  • Prior work at a growth-stage startup where you built internal tooling or operational infrastructure from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the internal operating platform that gives every team real-time visibility
  • Design and ship automated workflows that eliminate manual processes across all aspects of the business
  • Build and maintain integrations across the core business stack, underpinning the entire workflows that support our growth
  • Use AI coding tools daily to build, iterate, and ship internal tools and automations at speed
  • Create dashboards, alerts, and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership, not vanity metrics
  • Build data pipelines and maintain the data layer connecting CRM, analytics, finance, HR, and operational systems into a single source of truth (Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, Supabase, etc)
  • Instrument and monitor key operational metrics
  • Partner with Delivery, GTM, Platform and BizOps to identify friction, automate repetitive work, and increase operational throughput
  • Maintain data hygiene, deduplication logic, and system reliability so the internal platform runs clean
  • Document systems, architectural decisions, and runbooks so everything scales with the team

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, equity participation, and a path to grow into Head of Data or Head of Operations as the team scales.
  • High autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the chance to define a function from the ground up using a modern, AI-native toolkit.
