About The Position
The BIW Upperbody Underbody Engineer at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. is responsible for designing and developing complex Body in White (BIW) systems, including upperbody and underbody structures. This role involves mentoring junior engineers, performing design-releasing duties, and managing system Bill of Materials (BOMs). The engineer will utilize CATIA V5 and other engineering tools to create and modify 3D data and 2D drawings, while also leading investigations into quality and durability issues. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve travel up to 20%.
