This position will provide friendly and courteous service to our hotel guests and will supervise the Bistro Staff.

Requirements

• Previous Supervisor experience a must

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and provides superior service throughout their stay
• Cleans, maintains or discards dishes, utensils and cookware, and cleans other kitchen equipment as directed.
• Empties trash receptacles as needed and disposes of properly.
• Stocks area of needed supplies and assists with storing products delivered to hotel
• Maintain monthly inventory of Kitchen and Bar
• Schedule staff bi-weekly
• Supervise all Bistro staff
• Maintain regular logs and keep track of reports
• Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• In charge of ordering supplies for the Bistro alone
• Report to upper management daily with progress
