This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA, supporting the One Bistro Restaurant. The property is owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, the real estate division of FM, offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support. The Restaurant Manager position is responsible for leading, managing and operating the One Bistro restaurant. Their responsibilities include creating, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures pertinent to the organization (i.e. both FM and Marriott) and One Bistro brand standards. The employee is also responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating all necessary training needs of the staff.
