About The Position

The Bistro Dinner Server/Bartender at the Courtyard by Marriott in Collegeville is responsible for combining roles in food/drink service and customer interaction! This is an all in one position to give our guests the full experience. Employment Type: Part-time, 2-3 days per week Work Schedule: We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends Sunday-Thursdays: 4:30pm-11:00pm (occasional extension until 1am if bar is extended until 12am on Sundays- advanced notice is given) Friday-Saturdays: Hours will vary; 4:30pm-11:00pm OR 4:30pm-3:00am Or 9:00pm-3:00am Extended bar hours for weddings most weekends, second bartender arrives at 9pm. Bars are rotated between team members as desired- MAJOR TIPS! Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour plus daily tips Please note that public transportation (SEPTA) does not service our property during the ending hours or on weekends. Other means of transportation will be required for this position. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
