Key Responsibilities Food Preparation Prepare and cook menu items such as breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads, and light meals. Follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and temperature control. Ensure kitchen equipment and preparation areas are clean and sanitized. Guest Service Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders. Provide menu information and make recommendations when needed. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints courteously. Cash Handling & POS Process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit cards, and room charges accurately. Balance receipts and maintain transaction records. Cleaning & Organization Keep the bistro, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as required. Restock food, beverages, and supplies during shifts.
