About The Position

As a Bistro Bartender, you will be the maestro behind our spirited bar scene, enchanting guests with your expertise in mixology and providing a captivating social hub where memories are made. Requirements

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment is required.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Intimate knowledge of various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, and wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to read, write, and speak fluently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Maximize tasting bar and overall beverage sales by educating guests on beverage offerings.
• Assess and anticipate guest needs and make recommendations.
