About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Bistro Attendant to join our Food &
Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent guest service,
preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming
bistro environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends, AM/PM shifts and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, professional manner
• Take and prepare food and beverage orders accurately
• Operate POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of bistro, kitchen, and dining areas
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
