We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bistro Attendant/Barista & Bartender to join our Dining Services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing quality food and beverages, providing warm customer service, and creating a welcoming social atmosphere for residents and guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
Professional, patient, and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Bartending experience or alcohol service training preferred
Hospitality, barista, or customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality food, coffee drinks, and beverages
Mix and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety and licensing regulations
Handle cash and transactions accurately
Maintain sanitation of hands, surfaces, tables, and equipment
Keep the bistro safe, clean, and well-stocked
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Follow food safety, health regulations, and Touchmark standards
Engage warmly with residents, families, and guests
