About The Position

The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast casual concept restaurant. We offer an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go items, sit-down fare, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our Bistro team members master a wide variety of Food and Beverage functions from serving coffee and other beverages to preparing ingredients for cooking.

Summary of Position
Do you like to cook or have an interest in learning?  Maybe you have experience serving in a restaurant environment? Come join our team in our lobby Bistro!  You will prepare food using our menu and presentation specs, prepare Starbucks coffee drinks and other beverages, including alcohol for our Bistro customers.  If you have the desire we will train you!
Part time and full time positions available

Requirements

• Top-tier guest service skills
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Candidates will need to be available for work any day of the week and any shift in the AM or PM. Including Holidays and weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• A positive attitude and people minded leadership, REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Some experience as cook a plus
• Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage, but not required
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Marriott brand experience a PLUS
