We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bistro Attendant/Barista to join our Dining Services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys preparing quality food and beverages, connecting with residents and guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team
- Professional, patient, and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality or barista experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and drink items
- Handle cash and transactions accurately
- Maintain sanitation of hands, surfaces, tables, and equipment
- Keep the bistro safe, clean, and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow food safety, health regulations, and Touchmark standards
- Engage warmly with residents, families, and guests
