About The Position

The position involves serving beverages to patrons while adhering to state and federal age requirements. The individual will be responsible for various tasks that ensure a pleasant experience for guests at the bar.

Requirements

• 0 – 1+ year of customer service experience
• Open availability
• Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
• Ability to ensure items are stocked and available to guests during hours according to company standards
• Ability to greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed
• High School degree or better

Responsibilities

• Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders
• Deliver drink orders
• Monitor tables in assigned section ensuring all patrons are served
• Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles, dispose of bottles properly, and wash glasses in glass washer
• Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
• Ensure ashtrays are at applicable tables
• Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stocking bar by placing orders as needed
• Compute bill and accept payments
• Track sales receipts
• Complete bar inventory log
• Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
• Perform all other duties as assigned
